As a lifelong theatre practitioner, I find joy in developing curious, collaborative artist-scholars. My students learn to turn research into creative praxis and public-facing communication. I also equip young artists with the interdisciplinary thinking and global scope necessary to succeed in the rapidly evolving creative industries.

From 2019-2023 I led the interdisciplinary MIITA series sponsored by the Piper Center for Vocation and Career at St. Olaf College.
Our programming included invited talks, workshops, and networking opportunities as well as the annual Minneapolis Arts Connections trip touring creative institutions in the Twin Cities.
